Back
when I was freelancing to supplement my income, I was also window painting.
Seeing as how that was only during Christmas and Stampede, I needed other
methods to continue my exposure as an artist during the rest of the year.
So
I submitted something to the University of Calgary's Newspaper, The Gauntlet.
Back then, that comic strip was only a bit of a step up from what I had been
doing in my Red Binder for a few years previous.
You
do the math... a strip a week, for nearly five years (during semesters) left
me with a burgeoning collection. So that only compelled me to continue.
TMI
was well received and became a regular, weekly installment in The Gauntlet's
Comix Section from 1994 until mid 1999.
I may not meet a monthly quota of 4 or more comic strips a month, but I do
try to write, draw and post comic strips as often as possible ...so stay tuned!
